Local is Lekker Special!

This Heritage Month, celebrate what makes South Africa special with a day out on top of Table Mountain?

From 1 – 30 September 2026, our Local is Lekker special is available online only, tickets must be purchased before the day of your visit, as same-day sales are not available. An SA ID is required for purchase.

Birthday Fast Track upgrade

• This ticket option is now available
• Birthday upgrade tickets are not available online and can only be bought at the Cableway’s lower or top station ticket offices
• Upgrade your Birthday ticket to Fast Track ticket at a rate of R570 per one-way, valid from 1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027
• This offer is only available to South African citizens with a 13-digit barcode identity number

Virtual Cable Card ticket rates: 

Valid from 1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027:

• Cable Card - Adult: R1 700
• Cable Card - Child (4-17 years): R850
• Cable Card – Fast Track: R6 000

Cable Card - Pensioner R950 (60 years and older; SA ID required 60 years and older).

Senior Special

South African senior citizens over the age of 60 years qualify for discounted rates on return tickets seven days a week, upon producing a valid South African ID.

Senior Citizen return ticket rate is R130, valid from 1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027(SA ID required 60 years and older).

We also have a meal special for pensioners at the Ten67 Eatery daily :

• Pie steak/Chicken
