Team TMAC to compete in 2015 K-Way Platteklip Challenge

The thrilling 2015 K-Way Platteklip Charity Challenge will be held at Table Mountain, our Natural Wonder of Nature, on Saturday 25 April 2015.

Intrepid athletes will compete against other super-fit runners to see how many times they can summit Table Mountain via Platteklip Gorge – all for charity.

Each lap covers 5.5km, 760 metres of climbing, and will take around two hours on average.

The TMAC green team is honing its training to compete for the accoldade of “most summits up the mountain.”

We chatted to team leader Lincoln Hantam about what first-time participants can expect at this popular annual event, and what he loves most about Table Mountain:
