This week in our ongoing #AsktheCableway blog series, we answer your question: “How do I get a Cableway online ticket refund?”
If you’ve missed your Cableway visit, want to cancel your online ticket to book for another time or have booked too many tickets, you can request a refund.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your ticket barcodes. Please note that it is vitally important that refund requests are submitted during the seven day validity period of your ticket.
- Wait patiently, as it takes five to ten working days for bank clearance and the refund to reflect in your account.
