For a fast and convenient way to experience the Cableway, buy your tickets online before you arrive (please remember that you will still need to queue for the Cableway on busy days).

Terms and Conditions
- Please note that only online tickets bought at our recognised partner ticket outlets Webtickets, Cape Town Tourism and City Sightseeing South Africa will be accepted.
- Seniors' concession rate available 7 days a week with a valid South African ID.
- Students' concession rate available 7 days a week with a valid international or local student card.
- Children under 4 travel for free.
- Cableway tickets are only valid if purchased via Webtickets. Cableway tickets bought via any other websites (other than Webtickets) are not valid.
- Online tickets can be purchased and printed from any computer, or shown on-screen on a mobile device.
- Online tickets are valid for 7 days from the chosen date (except early-access tickets), and can be refunded during this period.
- No cash refunds are given on online tickets. Refunds are via the credit card that was used in the original transaction. For refunds email refunds@tablemountain.net.
- Refunds take up to 7 to 10 working days (depending on the bank) to be processed.
- Please email refunds@webtickets.co.za for refunds on Cableway tickets paid for at Pick ’n Pay.
- SANParks Wild/My Green Card holders enjoy a 20% discount (only available from our ticket office).
- The sale of Cableway tickets via third parties is not permitted at the Lower and Upper Stations.
- Please note that Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Co (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to increase ticket prices and change operating times without prior notice.
