Claiming your Cableway ticket refund is easy, with just a few clicks of a button.

Refunds

Have you missed out on an awe-inspiring Cableway experience due to adverse weather conditions or time constraints? You can either use your online ticket on the next open day in the week you booked your ticket for, or claim your refund in one of the following ways:

Reschedule your tickets to another date

Simply login to your Webtickets profile

  • click on MY TICKETS,
  • next to your transaction, select “CHOOSE ACTION” and “RESCHEDULE TICKETS”
  • You will then have the option of choosing another date of your choice

Online manual refund

The power to be refunded is in your hands! You can manually process your ticket refund by following these easy steps:

  1. Head to our partner ticket-booking site Webtickets
  2. Log into your profile
  3. Click on the My Tickets tab
  4. Click on the Choose Options tab
  5. Select Refund Tickets next to your transaction
  6. If you paid for your tickets at Pick n Pay, you will be asked for your banking details and you will receive a confirmation email

Important to note

  1. Your manual refund process must be completed within the 7-day validity of your ticket
  2. Refunds take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account (depending on the bank). This does not include Saturday’s, Sunday’s, and public holidays.
