Monday, 12 January 2025, was a day to remember at the Cableway, as we celebrated an incredible milestone – welcoming our 32 millionth visitor since we started operating!

While waiting to board the cable car Gavin Beckmann from Bloemfontein was surprised when he was named our 32 millionth visitor! Gavin and his partner Fiona Siebert were treated to a special VIP experience for the day which included Fast Track access, lunch at VIEWS by De Grendel and a Shop at the Top voucher.

It was Gavin’s third visit to Table Mountain, while Fiona was experiencing the magic of our new 7 wonder of nature for the first time. To their delight, it was also their first time winning a prize. Both were overwhelmed with joy and excitement at this incredible experience.
