The Pensioner Cable Card is available to South African pensioners 60 years and older to enjoy the Table Mountain experience all year round at the introductory rate of only R899! All that is needed is that a valid South African ID document or driver’s licence is presented at the Ticket Office or Visitor Centre. Pensioner Cable Cards can also be purchased online.

The Pensioner Cable Card special rate of R899 is valid until 30 September 2024. All Cable Cards which are valid on the 14th July 2024 (the day before our 7-week annual maintenance closure) will automatically be extended with a 7-week period to accommodate for our annual maintenance closure. Cable Cards purchased after our annual maintenance closure (from 2 September 2024 onwards) do not qualify for this extension.
