September is a very special month in South Africa. It is Heritage as well as Tourism Month, a time when we celebrate our culture, our history, and all the beautiful places in our country.

In celebration of Heritage and Tourism month, we are encouraging locals to be tourists in their own city with our Local is Lekker - the Heritage Edition special, your chance to experience our very own New 7 Wonder of Nature!

From 1 to 30 September 2025, South Africans can buy discounted tickets to visit the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway. If you’ve never been to the top, or if it’s been a while, now is the perfect time to go!

Locals only pay:

• R250 per adult
• R100 per child
• A valid SA ID required in order to purchase this special online

Important Information:

• Tickets are available online only.
• You must buy your ticket before the day you plan to visit.
• No tickets will be sold on the day of your visit.
• Tickets are limited, so book early to avoid missing out!

This is a great chance to spend time with your family and friends, take beautiful photos, and enjoy panoramic view at the top.
