On Saturday, 28 February, 30 climbers from the Table Mountain Climbers Clean Up, supported by the Mountain Club of South Africa (MCSA), CityROCK, and RAM Mountaineering, volunteered to take part in the ledge clean-up around the top of Table Mountain.

The group abseiled down the ledges to reach hard-to-reach places and collected a total of 63.69kg of rubbish. They also removed some graffiti from the rocks.
