We started #TheCablewayLovesLocal on social media as a way to connect with our wonderful visitors, and to highlight the work of the amazing businesses and organisations that help boost the Cape’s tourism scene.

We’re excited to let you know that we’re continuing our partnerships with local businesses in 2022 to bring you more great deals – in February, we’re collaborating with The Galileo Open Air Cinema in Cape Town to bring you #TheCablewayLovesTheGalileo.

For R900 you get:

• Two Table Mountain Aerial Cableway return tickets and a complimentary drink on the summit (visitors need to show their tickets to redeem the complimentary drink)

• Two Warm & Comfy category seats at any of The Galileo Open Air Cinema locations, along with two combos that include two boxes of popcorn, two boxes of Smarties and two fruit pastilles

This combination would ordinarily cost you R1 140, but through our #CablewayLovesLocal collaboration with The Galileo Open Air Cinema, you will save R240.

• #TheCablewayLovesTheGalileo tickets can be purchased online only, from 1 to 28 February 2022

• Cableway tickets are valid for seven days from the date of purchase

• For Cableway refunds, send a mail to refunds@tablemountain.net

• The Galileo Open Air Cinema tickets are valid for the entire month of February 2022, for any show from Thursday to Sunday. They are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled during February

• The Galileo tickets exclude Royale category tickets and the special Valentine’s Day screening

• There are a limited number of #TheCablewayLovesTheGalileo tickets available, so book early to avoid disappointment

• #TheCablewayLovesTheGalileo experience is valid for the month of February 2022 only
