Official Ticketing Agency and Partner Outlets

Cableway tickets are only valid if purchased via Webtickets. Cableway tickets bought via any other websites (other than Webtickets) are not valid.
Please note that only online tickets bought at our recognised partner ticket outlets Webtickets and City Sightseeing South Africa will be accepted.
Online tickets can either be printed or shown on-screen on a mobile device.

Third Party sales

The sale of Cableway tickets via third parties is not permitted at the Lower and Upper Stations.

Online ticket validity

Cableway tickets, both those bought online and at our Ticket Office, are valid for 7 days.
Online tickets are valid for 7 days from the chosen date (except early-access tickets) and can be refunded during this period.

Concession Tickets

Children under 4 years of age travel free of charge.
Seniors' concession rate available 7 days a week with a valid South African ID (online and at Ticket Office)
Students' concession rate available 7 days a week with a valid international or local student card (Ticket Office only)
