Online tickets are valid for seven days only and can only be refunded within this seven-day validity period.

The power to refund your ticket/s is in your hands! You can manually process your ticket refund by following these easy steps:

1. Head to our partner ticket-booking site Webtickets
2. Log into your profile
3. Click on the My Tickets tab
4. Select Refund Tickets next to your transaction
5. If you paid for your tickets at Pick 'n Pay, you will be asked for your banking details and you will receive a confirmation email

1. Your manual refund process must be completed within the 7-day validity of the ticket.
2. Please allow for 7 to 10 days for the funds to reflect in the card account used for payment.

Tourist guides are reminded that their groups have to join the queue. No place holding is allowed.

Parking for tour operators with disabled guests must be prearranged. Please email lorenzo@tablemountain.net.

Limited parking for minivans (including 7-seaters) is available at the minibus parking area before the small circle. Minivans parked in this area must display a permit and must be properly branded.

Upon returning from the top of the mountain Tour Operator Guests can be loaded in this special zone.
