Every year, we hire additional staff in different departments through our annual recruitment drive.

To apply, all you have to do is submit your application via our online form

How to submit your online application

  • Watch the video above to get a better understanding of each department – what they do, and what they're looking for in potential recruits

  • When you're ready, submit your online application form

  • You will need to submit either a photo or a video of yourself as part of your application. Your application won't be successful if you don't submit a photo or video (file sizes must not exceed 25MB). The videos are necessary for us to ascertain your level of confidence and your speaking skills which are key components of working with visitors each day.

  • For videos:
    Video-record yourself telling us what you're passionate about in less than 30 seconds
    Alternatively, upload your video to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. and share the URL to your video with us. Please only submit appropriate content.

  • For photos:
    Take a head and shoulders photo of yourself. Photos should not include any nudity, any filters ( i.e. Snapchat or Instagram) and/or any violent or inappropriate acts.

  • Tip: ensure you have all your information and video or photo at hand when completing the application form, and do not navigate away from the application form until you've hit "Submit"

Online applications for season recruitment close on 15 July 2019.

If you have not heard from us within two weeks, your application has been unsuccessful.

All recruits must be available to work seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
